Shipping (non-cannabis)
Title to any non-cannabis products purchased by you and risk of loss shall pass onto you, upon delivery of the products to a shipper/carrier. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Packages returned to us as unclaimed (not picked up at local postal outlet or from a private carrier including UPS, FedEx, etc.), refused, or packages returned due to incorrect address information (customer address input error) may be subject to a restocking fee if returned in resalable condition, as well as additional deductions for the original shipping charges (or equivalent if shipping charges were included in the purchase price) and any return shipping charges.
Returns (non-cannabis)
If you are not satisfied with any non-cannabis products or have reason to suspect that our product is defective, please contact us at service@zenabis.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. No returns or exchanges will be accepted: (i) after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase; or (ii) on any non-cannabis product that is no longer in its original condition. The items in question must be unused. Gift cards and certain health and personal care products are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (non-cannabis)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment
Late or Missing Refunds (non-cannabis)
If you haven’t received a refund within 4-5 business days, after receiving written confirmation that your refund is acceptable, please contact us at service@zenabis.com. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We are not responsible for any delays by credit card companies or financial institutions in processing your refund.
Sale Items – Non-Refundable (non-cannabis)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are a final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (non-cannabis)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@zenabis.com.
Return Shipping (non-cannabis)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
